How to send your repair?

• Before sending or bringing your watch you should first contact Tylden to ascertain that it is a job that we can undertake and that we are going to be there to recieve the watch! You can contact by E-mail, letter or by telephone. (View our contacting us page for more information)
  
• If sending by postal services the package should be well wrapped and secure but do not send the presentation case.
  
• You should send by the most secure means and if necessary insure the parcel.
  
• Please include with the watch your name, address, telehone Number, E-mail address if appropriate and a description of the watch and the work you would like us to undertake.
  
• We will contact you as soon as we can after we receive the parcel. If you have not heard from us 7 days from sending the watch then feel free to contact us!
  
• We always estimate the possible cost before commencing the work and should you not wish us to proceed with the job or we be unable to undertake the job for whatever reason we will only charge for the return postage and insurance.
  
• The customer has to pay any duties/taxes due upon watches being returned to countries outside the E.U. We send by British Post Office, "Special Delivery" and we also insure those packets that have a value in excess of the Royal Mail limit. You should make arrangements your end to cover the packet when it leaves these shores.
